My work lives at the intersection of trauma, the nervous system, the body, and the human experience.

With over 16 years of teaching Yoga and a deeply personal healing journey, my path naturally evolved toward Somatic Trauma Therapy and the neurobiological understanding of pain, behavior, and resilience.

After 10 years on the Yoga path, in 2019 I expanded my field and trained as a Pain Management Practitioner and End-of-Life Doula — experiences that profoundly shaped my relationship with the body, vulnerability, and the wisdom of the nervous system.

My inner calling to bridge scientific knowledge with embodied healing led me to study Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy. I had the privilege of training and mentoring with leading figures in the field, including Dr. Stephen Porges, Dr. Peter Levine, Staci Haines, and Dr. Arielle Schwartz, completing a long-term mentorship program in 2023.

Polyvagal Theory is a cornerstone of my work. Training directly with Dr. Stephen Porges opened a deeply compassionate framework for understanding trauma — not as pathology, but as intelligent nervous system adaptation.

Since 2025, I hold the role of Somatics & Trauma Advisor for Blue Brain, Polyvagal Intitute's exclusive partner for Greece and Cyprus.

Other specializations that complement my approach are:

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Treatment of Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) through EMDR, CPT, and Polyvagal-informed approaches

EMDR

Somatic Experiencing

My work is also deeply guided by my connection to the healing intelligence of nature. I believe nature provides a primary field of safety and nervous system regulation, which is why I facilitate therapeutic retreats in off-grid, untouched land, allowing healing to unfold organically and gently.

As an Accessible Yoga Teacher and Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, I offer Yoga practices that prioritize safety, inclusion, and nervous system awareness. Yoga remains a living, supportive companion to trauma therapy in my work.

In 2019, I became a Reiki Master, integrating energy-based work into my therapeutic approach with grounding, discernment, and care.

My work is a meeting point of modern neuroscience and ancient wisdom, held within a safe, attuned, and human therapeutic container.

As a woman, a mother, and a therapist, I continue walking this path of self-inquiry and healing — learning to honor imperfection, cultivate regulation and connection, and offer to others only what I continue to build within myself.
