- Objective: Understand your Nervous System and its signals, and learn how to regulate it with simple Somatic practices.
- Techniques: Breathing Practices, Gentle Movement, Trauma-Informed meditation, Self-Massage and more Somatic techniques, paired with the principles of the Polyvagal Theory.

- Step 2: Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP), listening and support (3 biweekly sessions)
- Objective: Achieve deep relaxation and recovery.

Group Sessions: Participate in sessions using sound technology designed to promote homeostasis and interoception, and listening on your own, while being part of a WhatsApp support group.

Sound Technology: Experience the healing power of specially processed sound to enhance autonomic regulation.

- Step 3: Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and advanced co-regulation (6 weekly sessions)
- Objective: Enhance emotional regulation, sensory processing and social interactions.

Listening Therapy: Engage in non-invasive therapy using specially filtered music to send cues of safety to the nervous system.

Co-regulation: Participate in light activities while connecting with your peers, such as stretching and drawing during sessions to enhance the experience. Listening both in group sessions and with a listening partner, while being part of a WhatsApp support group.
