You can participate in the practices live in the Circle, or online live via zoom, or by choosing from the video library the practices of the week at the ideal place and time for you. You can even combine all of the above.
Yoga for every body
The practice on the mat is based on the principles of traditional Yoga, following the needs of each body individually and offering alternatives so that each person can shape their practice as they need and want. The goal of the practice is to take care of the physical body and connect it with the mind and spirit, while the teaching approach is Trauma-Informed and Accessible.
Chair Yoga
An even more accessible practice for all bodies, regardless of build, fitness and age, Chair Yoga allows all individuals to reap the benefits of Yoga on a physical, mental and spiritual level. Physical exercises are adapted using a common chair, while the practice can also be done in a wheelchair.
Vagus Nerve Yoga
Vagus nerve Yoga, or Polyvagal-Informed Yoga, is the practice that combines traditional Yoga techniques with modern knowledge about the role of the vagus nerve in our behavior and biology, as well as the its healing properties. This combination is particularly effective, as Yoga and a properly tuned vagus have common intentions: to feel safe and aware within our bodies with a grounded joy in life and resilience in the face of adversity, to self-regulate and connect with others with love and acceptance, to reconcile with the mind, to strengthen the capacity for self-healing, to come closer to our own meaning of our own life and the true self that lies behind our traumas.
All practices incorporate the elements of a traditional Raja Yoga practice
(breathing exercises, physical exercises, relaxation-meditation).
